Before Placing Your Order

Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order. By purchasing this product, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions.

1. Handmade Products

Every artwork is individually handcrafted using natural wood and requires considerable time, skill, and attention to detail. Production and finishing may therefore take time to ensure the best possible quality.

Minor variations arising from the handmade manufacturing process are a natural characteristic of the product and are not considered manufacturing defects.

2. Natural Wood Variation

Our artworks are created using natural wood, and every piece of wood has its own unique grain, texture, colour, tone, and natural markings.

The finished product may therefore have slight variations from the product photographs, including:

• Wood grain patterns
• Natural colour and tonal variations
• Texture
• Shade and depth
• Minor differences in individual details

These variations are inherent to natural wood and make every artwork unique.

The product you receive may not be visually identical to the product photograph. Such natural variations shall not be considered a defect.

3. Lighting & Photography

Product photographs are taken under controlled lighting and displayed on digital screens.

The appearance of the artwork may vary depending on:

• Natural or artificial lighting
• Photography conditions
• Screen brightness and colour settings
• Viewing angle

Accordingly, the actual colour, tone, and appearance of the wooden artwork may differ slightly from what is seen on your screen.

Such differences are a natural consequence of photography, lighting, and the characteristics of natural wood and shall not constitute a manufacturing defect.

4. Different Sizes & Custom Requirements

The appearance, level of detail, and proportions of an artwork may vary depending on its size.

If you are interested in a size other than the size specifically listed on the product page, please contact us before placing your order.

Our team can provide further information regarding:

• Available sizes
• Proportions
• Pricing
• Production requirements
• Expected production time
• Shipping considerations
• Level of detailing possible at the requested size

Please do not place an order for a different size without confirming the details with us beforehand.

5. Production Time

Every artwork is handcrafted and requires time for precision cutting, assembly, detailing, graver work, finishing, and quality inspection.

Production is therefore not intended to be treated as an instant or mass produced product.

The estimated production or dispatch timeline mentioned on the product page is an estimate and may vary depending on production requirements, order volume, and the complexity of the artwork.

We request customers to allow sufficient time for the artwork to be completed to our quality standards.

6. Limited Edition

Where a product is identified as a Limited Edition, it is produced only in a specified quantity.

Once the allocated edition has been sold, the same edition may not be reproduced or made available again.

7. Order Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted by us.

Please carefully verify the selected product, size, quantity, shipping information, and other order details before completing payment.

8. Returns & Manufacturing Defects

Due to the handcrafted and limited nature of our artworks, returns are not accepted for reasons relating to natural variations in wood, colour, grain, texture, lighting, or minor differences from product photographs.

A return or replacement will be considered only in the event of a genuine manufacturing defect attributable to the manufacturing process.

Examples may include significant structural or workmanship related defects that materially affect the integrity or intended use of the product.

Natural wood characteristics, minor variations, grain differences, colour variations, and handmade detailing are not considered manufacturing defects.

9. Damage During Delivery

If the artwork is received with visible damage caused during transportation, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photographs and/or video evidence of the package and product.

Any claim relating to transit damage must be reported within the period specified in our shipping or return policy so that the matter can be assessed and appropriate action can be taken.

10. Inspection & Resolution

Any claim regarding a manufacturing defect will be reviewed by our team.

We may request photographs, videos, or other information to assess the issue.

If the issue is determined to be a genuine manufacturing defect, we may, at our discretion and subject to product availability:

• Repair the product
• Replace the affected product
• Provide another appropriate resolution

11. No Returns for Change of Mind

Orders cannot be returned solely because of:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Difference in perceived colour
• Difference in natural wood grain
• Difference in texture
• Difference caused by lighting or screen settings
• Minor handmade variations
• Expectations based solely on the product photograph

12. Customer Acknowledgement

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand and accept that:

You are purchasing a handcrafted artwork made from natural wood. Natural variations are an inherent and desirable characteristic of the material, and no two pieces may be exactly identical.

We believe these variations are what give natural wooden artwork its authenticity, character, and individuality.
